The inception of 'EverydayNotes' was rooted in a clear vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Paris. Established by the Smith family in 1985, our eatery began as a quaint, family-managed venture, inheriting recipes that were passed through generations.
Jane Doe, our founder, mastered pizza craftsmanship during her Italian sojourn, apprenticing with renowned pizza experts in Naples, the homeland of pizza. Upon her UK return, she was resolute to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, employing age-old techniques and premium ingredients.
What started as a humble pizzeria with only 12 seats, has flourished into a cherished local landmark, yet our dedication to excellence and authenticity remains constant. We adhere to the original wood-fired oven methodologies, craft our dough from scratch daily, and seek out the finest ingredients available.
To this day, 'EverydayNotes' is still in the hands of the Smith family, with its second generation at the helm of our zealous team. While modern methods have been adopted, our business's core principle has not changed: to serve delectable, genuine pizza that unites people.
